How to lose fat

Hey guys what’s up? How are you doing? I hope everything its OK.

Some people get confuse about loosing weight, and losing fat. When you loose weight most of the times you loose muscle too. This can be good or bad, depends on you. If you want to get ripped, is better to just loose fat. If you want to be more skinny, you can loose fat and muscle too.

Loosing fat is not so hard. The problem is the food we eat and when we eat it! For example, is not the same thing if you eat a sandwich at 12:00pm than eating it at 11.00pm just before sleeping.

I will give you some tips to loose fat. This tips are basics, but I recommend you to visit a nutritionist. They are experts on that topic and they can help you with your problem or situation. If you don’t want to spend money on doctors or supplements, they are many blogs,videos, articles and e-books on Internet.

1)Do more cardio! I recommend you to do cardio 30mins of cardio 3 times in the week minimum. You can go running, or try some sports like boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, kickboxing etc. These sports are great for cardio exercises.

2)If you go to the gym, do more repetitions and carry less weight. For example, if you do 3×12 of bench press, now try 5×10( 5 sets of 10 reps.).

3) Get a partner. Is more fun if you find someone to loose weight or fat with you. Someone that can follow the same diet or exercises with you.

4)Hear music while you are training. Music helps you with motivation. You can try with an Ipod or a Sony Ericsson cellphone. I recommend you rock or electronic music for training. But this option depends on you.

5)Eat more grains and fruits. Grains helps you to clean up your intestine and this helps you to accelerate your metabolism.

6) Avoid white carbohydrates. White carbohydrates are the ones that gives your more fat. These carbohydrates can be found on hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. Just junk food.

7) Forget about calories drinks. Cola and energy drinks are tons of calories. Make water your primary drink.

8) Make your favorite food more nutritive. If you like pizza you can try to make one more nutritive. Check out these pictures.

9)Watch your portion sizes. If you are going to eat an apple. It doesn’t mean that you can eat 50 apples because you want to loose weight ha ha.

10)Don’t excess on exercise or diets. If you excess training up or doing exercise. This will bring you more problems, so keep it cool and normal.
